Emma drawing live at a wedding
How many guests do you draw?

Emma can draw a maximum of 70 people and this will take around 4 to 5 hours to complete.

How long does each illustration take?

Emma can draw a person in around 3 minutes.

What if I have more than 70 guests?

Emma can finish the illustrations from her studio and post them to you within a week after the wedding. These are £9.50 per person.

Alternatively, you could have a first come, first served option, or give us a priority list of guests.

Do guests take the drawings home?

Yes, all illustrations are created on A6 premium card stock and protected in a cellophane sleeve so guests may take them home.

However, some couples prefer to keep the illustrations until after the wedding so they can include them in their thank-you cards.

Can you draw pets?

Yes, of course. Lots of couples have made special requests for their pet to be included in their illustration.

How far do you travel?

Travel is free within 50 miles of Maldon, Essex. Outside that radius, travel is charged at 25p per mile and an overnight stay may be needed for distant venues.

How far in advance should we book?

We take bookings up to 2 years in advance. So, we recommend reserving your date as soon as you can.

How do we book?

Go to our enquiry form and give us your details. We'll confirm if your date is available. Once your booking deposit is received, the date is reserved. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding. See our terms of service for more details.

What do you require at the venue?

We need a 6-foot table and two chairs. That's it. We provide everything else we need.

What time do you start?

We usually start during your drinks reception. We find this is an ideal time to chat with your guests and explain the process. We then take photos so that Emma can start drawing.
